Directions of use:
- Take two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening. Drink a glass of water with every capsule you take.
- It is very important that you regulate your dosage according to your personal need.
- If you are severely constipated you can use 2 more capsules at midday.
- Your colon should start functioning “normally” within two days.
- “Normal” means passing a soft stool at least twice a day.
- If you experience a runny tummy you must reduce your dosage immediately.
- Once you have established the ideal maintenance dosage, continue to use daily or as required.
